Our production line is equipped with a wide range of CNC lathes and CNC milling machines in various sizes, including large, medium, and small models. Additionally, we utilize advanced mechanical automation equipment such as CNC deep hole drilling machines, six-axis machining centers, seven-axis turning and milling machining centers, and drilling robots. Following product design, we execute intensive and programmed processing, ensuring high work efficiency and exceptional product precision.
Heat treatment is the most critical process in the production of mining drilling tools, and advanced equipment is essential to ensuring the quality of these tools. Our company has introduced state-of-the-art multi-atmosphere protective heat treatment furnaces and vacuum heat treatment furnaces, which feature precise temperature control, uniform atmosphere distribution, and a high level of automation. These advanced systems significantly enhance and stabilize the performance and durability of mining drilling tools.
