TANK IADC 637 tricone bits are designed for drilling medium-hard to hard rock formations where durability and stable drilling performance are required. These TCI tricone drill bits feature a cutting structure composed of conical tungsten carbide inserts with optimized spacing and small curve radius.
This insert configuration provides excellent rock crushing efficiency and improved penetration rate when drilling formations such as fine-grained basalt, granite, siliceous limestone, and porphyry formations.
To enhance durability during drilling operations, the bit body is equipped with reinforced shirttail protection using tungsten carbide inserts, which significantly improves wear resistance and extends the operational life of the roller cone drill bit in abrasive environments.
